This Children&#8217;s Day special event saw an overwhelming participation of 200 talented young chess players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tournament Highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inaugurated by School Principal Mr. Y. Ashok Kumar, who made the ceremonial first move (D4) to kick-start the tournament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Players were divided into three categories: Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each category had 5 rounds of thrilling competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sub-Junior Girls:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kavya R (1st Place)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jagruthi (2nd Place)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keerthana (3rd Place) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Junior Category:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sai Veera Ganesh G (1st Place)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mahidhar B (2nd Place)<br>Consolation Prize: Hema Sri Varma K<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Senior Category:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sathwik S (1st Place)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yakubshah SK (2nd Place)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>A Record-Breaking Event:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tournament marked the largest chess competition ever held in the Koyyalagudem zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\">Awards Ceremony:<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The prize distribution ceremony took place on November 14, 2024. School Secretary &amp; Correspondent Mr. Raj Gar G, Chairperson Mrs. Subhadra Devi Garu, Principal Y. Ashok Kumar Garu, and school staff distributed certificates and prizes to the winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Congratulations to All Participants!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>VKCAcademy is proud to be associated with this successful event, promoting chess excellence among young minds.
